Pat from Spraynard said this about the last time they played Swansea: "I think the show that pops into our heads the most often with this question is our show in Wales, UK. Our UK tour was so surreal in the first place, but at that show, kids just went absolutely crazy. Our friend Sean jumped off the top of a balcony into the crowd at one point. It was just amazing to see so many kids giving a shit about our crappy band. I think that show was definitely a turning point as to how we viewed punk rock in general".

Spraynard are possibly my favourite pop punk band since Osker. Hailing from West Chester, PA, these 3 dudes play positive heart felt tunes that your face will refuse not to smile to. FFO: Osker, Latterman, Kid Dynamite.

Third visit to Swansea for Bridge & Tunnel, so you should know by now what to expect by now. If not, take it from me... Bridge & Tunnel are without a doubt one of the most energetic, passionate, and generally talented bands you'll ever see. Despite featuring ex-members of Latterman, Thousandaires, Eachothers Mother aswell as a load more, they manage to sound completely unalike to their past efforts, and truly are in a league of their own. Listen to their latest record "Rebuilding Year" on No Idea and you'll know what I'm talking about. This band go from strength to fucking STRENGTH.

NEWS: Spraynard Tapes... ONLY A FEW LEFT!

So we currently have about 5 copies of the Spraynard Demo tape left. Thanks to everyone who's bought one already, if you haven't, don't sit on it! Sorry to anyone who has bought tapes within the last few weeks and not got them yet, I've literally been having a pretty hectic time as late, but fear not! I am now unemployed and have nothing better to do than watch Seinfeld ALL DAY and make trips to the post office, so you should get yer copies soon!

For those of you in the USA, Dead Broke Rekerds are going to have a few copies of the Spraynard tape, so if you want one and don't mind the wait I suggest buying it from them. The 2nd press of the Dividers demo should be available from them too, once/if they're pressed.

I guess that's everything. Our first two releases are pretty much out of print, I guess we should get onto releasing some more stuff...

TAPES: Spraynard - Demo Tape (WWSBD#2)

Spraynard are a Pop Punk band from West Chester, USA. Imagine the melodies of lifetime combined with the rawness and honesty of the likes of Iron Chic and Yo Man Go and you are half way there my friend! Spraynard are just three video game and zombie-loving best friends, doing it for the sake of it and for the fun of it. DIY to the core.This is Spraynards first demo, originally self released about 2 years ago. They have since then gone to release an awesome full length via Runner Up Records (downloadable for free from ifyoumakeit.com), aswell as some great splits with Captain We're Sinking, Break The Habit, and Paramedics. This tape is limited to just 50 copies with hand-numbered screenprinted inlays, a lyrics sheet, lovelly pink coloured cassette and a free Spraynard Heart Pin Badge!

TAPES: Spraynard Tape Available Soon!

So the Spraynard tapes are all dubbed and ready to go. Dubbing tapes is a really tedoius process, but luckilly for Spraynard their songs aren't, which made the whole procedure a lot easier!

They'll be available as soon as the badges arrive, which should hopefully be later on this week. Only 50 of these have been pressed, so don't sit on this.

In other tape related news, we only have TWO copies of the Dividers demo tape available. If you really want one, I suggest you pick one up pretty quick.

TAPES: FINALLY!

So we're finally getting some sort of progress done on our first two tape releases! They should be available in some form or another at some point in the next few weeks!

In the end we opted to dub them all ourselves to cut down on costs. 80 or so tapes... we really didn't think this through! Bye Bye Social life.

Tapes Update!

So the Spraynard tape should have probably been out a long time ago, but a few things have happened to fuck up the proceedings... regardless things are finally getting done! As we speak the inlays are being screen printed somewhere in Midlands, sweet! If all goes to plan the tape should actually be out this month... excited!

As for Dividers demo, well. I think it must appear that we are the slackest band in the world. But fear not, we're recording at some point this month with the mighty Corbin Parsons and if all goes to plan we should have the tape in time for the Bridge and Tunnel and Young Livers show on April 21st! Free downloads will come along somewhere in between!

Other than that, we might or might not have more cool related news regarding tapes and cool bands soon, but it's all still in development, and I probably shouldn't be mentioning it already, but yeah. More news on that when I know it, I guess.

Best Record of 2010 so far! I've been waiting to hear this for way too fucking long, but finally If You Make It have uploaded the debut album "Cut and Paste" by our pals in Spraynard. Needless to say, we're stoked. You can buy the record soon from Runner Up Records, please do! The UK Repress of the Spraynard Demo Tape should be available through us some time in febuary!

So when Spraynard came to Swansea, they brought Brightons Break The Habit (The UK's best Latterman/Get Bent rip off band) with them, who turned out to be very good. They have a great split 12" with Bangers, and splits with Spraynard and Cutting Class in the works which you should keep on the look out for!

NEWS: Spraynard Tape!

We are super pleased to announce that we'll be re-issuing a "UK Version" of the Spraynard Demo Tape.

For those unfamiliar, Spraynard are a Melodic Punk band from West Chester, Philadelphia. They remind me a lot of Iron Chic, which can only be a good thing, Amirite? They also have an album coming out on our friend Seans label Runner Up Records (Shook Ones, Dave House etc etc) early next year, aswell as their split with Brighton's Break The Habit coming out around then too!

The Demo tape should be available through us, in VERY limited numbers in January/Febuary. Only 50 are going to be in existence, on coloured Cassette (to be decided), with hand numbered Screenprinted Inlays, a Lyrics sheet, and we may even chuck in some stickers and stuff too! We're totally stoked to be involved in this. Out of the 50 we're doing, so many are going out to the Spraynard dudes, so many are going out to distros and the left overs we'll have. We'll put up a pre-order button and more details about the tape soon. But we're totally stoked to be part of this!

In August a band called Spraynard from West Chester, Philadelphia came to Swansea to play a show in old Sigma. It was possibly one of my favourite shows of this year. Luckilly my friend Alex Chapman was able to capture some pretty cool shots during their set using Scott Neills camera, who was too busy getting "into it" to take photos.

Expect more photos from that show soon (Ones which were actually taken by Scott), aswell as some cool pics taken by Zach Williams at some shows in Swansea over the past year.
